Email Campaign
As part of this Sweepstakes package, Digital Insight is offering to all clients with the GRS Amendment an Email Campaign we will implement for you. This is a 2-touch email campaign and is available to all clients that have signed the GRS Amendment by April 22, 2008.

Target Audiences

The Bonus Bucks Sweepstakes Email Campaign will target these two audiences with separate messages:
This email campaign is designed to help encourage bill pay enrollment and activation to new users, and bill pay activation to existing users, during the promotion. Financial Institutions that sign the GRS Amendment prior to April 22, 2008 may take advantage of this Digital Insight funded campaign launching on the following schedule:

Email 1 - launches on May 8, 2008
Email 2 - launches on June 2, 2008


If you sign the GRS Amendment after April 22 and still want to take advantage of the Sweepstakes Email Campaign, please contact us at grs@digitalinsight.com. You may still be able to take advantage of this campaign with later launch dates.

Campaign Setup and Testing

In order to customize, test and launch this campaign for you, we will need your branding information. The information you will need to provide is as follows:

  1. Marketing information Form - you will see this form after the Registration Form. If you have not already provided this information on the GRS Marketing Information Form for a previous campaign, please complete the Marketing Information Form and submit it to us.

  2. Logo - Please email your logo to us at grs@digitalinsight.com in jpg format, 150x100 pixels. If you have already supplied your logo for another GRS Email Campaign, we will use the logo we have on file for you.

    After we receive your completed Marketing Information Form and logos, we will set up the campaign and provide test emails with your branding in place. If we receive your approval on or before the deadline indicated when we send your tests, your email will launch on the scheduled launch date.

    Please note that Digital Insight cannot support requests for additional customization of the email templates or changes to the series. The fields on the Marketing Information Form and the financial institution logo are the only elements that can be customized. All Opt-Out requests will be captured automatically and will be provided to you after the campaign.
If you have submitted a Marketing Information Form to us for a recent email campaign and there have been no changes, please send an email to grs@digitalinsight.com and indicate that the information is still correct.
