- What is my financial institution's responsibility in terms of implementing this promotion? Digital Insight will implement all mandatory elements (see the Marketing Materials page or refer to the Financial Institution Agreement) of the Promotion on your behalf; however there are some actions you will need to take, as well as other actions we recommend in order to increase your success with this promotion.
Required actions:
- Sign the GRS Amendment by April 22, 2008 if you want to take advantage of the Bonus Bucks Sweepstakes Email Campaign.
- Complete the Marketing Information Form if you are participating in the Sweepstakes Campaign and have not submitted this form in the last 3-4 months. Clients that have not completed a Marketing Information Form for a recent campaign will have the opportunity to complete it during the Registration process.
- Email your logo to us at grs@digitalinsight.com . We will need a low resolution logo in jpg format, 150x100 pixels.
- Complete the banner request form to have the banner placed on your home page, other pages on your public website page or your IB sign on screen before April 22, 2008 in order to have the banners placed when the site goes live. If Digital Insight does not host your website, we can only place a banner on your Internet Banking login screen. Please note that a banner ad will automatically be placed on the Account Summary screen in Internet Banking for all participating clients.
- Receive, review and approve the test emails and respond with your approval by the deadline in order for the email campaign to release on the Promotion launch date. We cannot launch the email campaign without your approval on the tests.
Recommended actions:
- Enroll in the Sweepstakes, the Employee Referral Campaign and the Sweepstakes Email Campaign to maximize your success with this promotion. Because your employees are your best bill pay sales people, encourage them to start using bill pay. They are your best sales people and using bill pay is the best training.
- If you choose both promotions, provide employees with the Official Rules for both so they are aware of what customers/members might win, as well as the incentives they can get for participating in this campaign. Provide them with an overview of the promotion overview and set internal goals for the promotion so they have a specific objective.
- Make sure your Senior Management Team is supportive of this promotion. Have a key member of the Team send out a launch email on May 1 to get your whole staff excited.
- Give your staff a bill pay refresher course and encourage them to enroll and start paying their bills online if they aren't already. Send out an internal email to all affected departments in advance of the sweepstakes launch to prepare them for customer/member inquiries, questions and increases in volume in call centers, branches, etc.
- Can my financial institution participate in the Employee Referral or Sweepstakes promotions separately, or do we have to do both? FIs can choose to do one of the two campaigns, or both.
- I just registered for this promotion. How do I acquire the artwork and banners now? Visit the Marketing Materials page on this site to view and download print and online creative materials and to obtain the links to the banner request forms.
- I'd like to put a banner up on my home page/login screen. How can I do that? Complete the Banner Request Form found on the Marketing Materials page. Please be sure to select the form that is appropriate for your financial institution based on whether or not Digital Insight hosts your website.
- Can I customize the marketing materials? For materials implemented by Digital Insight, customization will only be available on the Email Campaign component. The customization is limited to the fields on the Marketing Information Form and your logo. No other customizations can be supported. The Bill Pay Prompt is also a generic element, with very limited customization that includes your company name and Bill Pay product name.
You may customize any of the self service print or online materials. We have provided the graphics files to you on the Marketing Materials page so you may download them. The print components are available in Adobe Illustrator CS2 format. We encourage you to utilize those materials and you can customize them to suit your needs. You may customize the Banner ads and Splash Page for use on your website if you plan to post them, however, Digital Insight will only post the standard versions as shown on the Marketing Materials page for those clients that utilize our Web Services Team to place the banners.
However, the terms of the Sweepstakes Agreement stipulate that no changes can be made to the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes, the prizes, or entry methods without Digital Insight's authorization. Please refer to the Sweepstakes Agreement for more details.
- If I decide to participate in the Email Campaign, will I have the ability to see and approve the email templates in advance? Yes. First you will need to register for the Bonus Bucks Sweepstakes and check the box indicating you want the Email Campaign. Then you will need to complete the Marketing Information Form and email us with your logo. Prior to the launch of the Email Campaign, you will receive an email with instructions for viewing and approving test email templates with your financial institution's branding in place. We require your approval prior to the launch of any email campaign.
- Where is the entry form my users need to complete? There is no entry form for this promotion. Cash awards and Sweepstakes entries are automatic for Internet Banking and Bill Pay enrollments, as well as online bill payments, during the Sweepstakes. An alternate method of entry is also offered to all consumers. The instructions for obtaining entries by mailing postcards are contained in the Official Rules. Please see the Official Rules for details on obtaining entries.
- How is the number of payments calculated for for my existing Bill Pay Users to qualify for the Cash Prize? Users that enrolled in Bill Pay anytime before this Sweepstakes starts are eligible for the Cash Prize if they do the following:
- Pay 6 more bills online than they paid from March 1 - April 30, 2008 and get a total of $10.00. For example, if the total number of bills paid by the user from March 1 - April 30, 2008 was 10, than the user will qualify for the $10.00 cash award if they make 16-19 payments during the promotion.
- Pay 10 more bills online than they paid between March 1 - April 30, 2008 and get a total of $25.00. For example, if the total number of bills paid by the user between March 1 - April 30, 2008 was 10, than they qualify for the $25.00 cash award if they make 20 or more payments during the promotion.
- Pay 6 more bills online than they paid from March 1 - April 30, 2008 and get a total of $10.00. For example, if the total number of bills paid by the user from March 1 - April 30, 2008 was 10, than the user will qualify for the $10.00 cash award if they make 16-19 payments during the promotion.
- Can my existing Bill Pay Users get entries in the Sweepstakes? Yes. All they need to do is make payments online during the Sweepstakes. New and Existing Bill pay users can get one automatic entry for each bill paid online up to a total of 30 bills during the Sweepstakes period.
- Are my employees/board members eligible to participate? Financial Institution Employees are eligible for the cash awards. However, they cannot participate in the $100,000.00 Sweepstakes drawing. According to the Sweepstakes Official Rules, "Employees of Digital Insight Corporation (the "Sponsor") and participating financial institutions, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, service partners, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their IRS dependents, immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes".
- How many entries can one end user receive? The maximum number of entries for the Bonus Bucks Sweepstakes is 31 per bill pay account. Users get one entry automatically for enrolling in bill pay, and one entry for each online bill payment up to a maximum of 30 payments. Refer to the Official Rules for more information. New and existing bill pay users may only receive one $10.00 or $25.00 cash award. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
- When will my users see the Bill Pay Prompt? Digital Insight will implement the Sweepstakes Bill Pay Prompt on your behalf and your end users will start seeing it on the morning of May 1, 2008. At the end of the promotion, Digital Insight will automatically return your Bill Pay Prompt to its pre-Sweepstakes settings.
- After the Sweepstakes is over, how will I find out who the winners are? Drawing and verifying the eligibility of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner can take up to 10-12 weeks after a sweepstakes ends. We will announce the winner as soon as that process is complete, so check back on this site.
- How will the Sweepstakes prize be awarded? Potential winners will be contacted by our Sweepstakes Administrator after the "winning" financial institutions are notified. After the winners' eligibility is determined, they will be deemed the winner and the prize will be awarded.
- How will the $10.00 and $25.00 cash rewards be fulfilled to my end users? The cash rewards will be direct deposited into the end users accounts after the promotion ends. Digital Insight will prepare a report of the consumers eligible for the direct deposits to facilitate processing of the direct deposits into the users' checking accounts. A third party vendor will be used to facilitate the ACH transaction.
- What if I need to cancel my financial institution's participation in the Sweepstakes after it launches? Once consumers or employees are notified of the promotion, they are legally entitled to receiving entries and a chance to win a prize in the promotion. Canceling the promotion after its launch presents a risk to your financial institution and Digital Insight for potential legal action for breaking the contract in the Official Rules. For this reason, Digital Insight will no longer accept requests for cancellation after the campaign has launched.
